Once Upon a Time…

Once Upon a time there was a fat girl named Amanda. She went on a diet and started blogging about it. Many of her friends were kind enough to encourage her and that helped her persevere and “just say no!” to her random cravings.

One day, she decided to go to Subway for lunch. At the advice of a co-worker she purchased the “$5.00 footlong” because it was the better deal even though she only wanted/needed the 6 inch sub. She figured she would just save the other portion for later.

Buy less = eat less

 

After she ate the first 6 inches, which would satisfy most normal/skinny people, she wanted to eat more. She tried to justify it by saying, “Well, the Subway lady took out most of the bread, and I only have turkey and veggies on it. How bad could it be?” As she read her Real Simple Magazine, she took the first bite…and then the second… “But wait!”, she pondered,” If I eat this entire thing and then I eat my 80 calorie yogurt that will be over 500 calories! I can’t do that! People are counting on me! (even if they aren’t really counting on her, she likes to think that they are. It helps her in the grand scheme of things) I will stop this right now!” 

With that, Amanda quickly rolled up her ridiculous excuse for a sandwich and placed it in the long rectangular plastic bag. She slid it to the other side of the table and took a sigh of relief, “That was a close one.” She then opened her 80 Calorie Strawberry yogurt, that Subway now offers as a side item,and indulged herself. “So this is what it feels like to take control of your life.”, she thought.

This is a marathon, not a sprint. A little cliche' but so true!

      Ashley just go to your dashboard and go to Appearance/Themes you can preview and activate which ever theme you would like.

      I’m not keeping this one for long…but I like it better than the last one I had.

    I’m tiny and I can easily eat a whole veggie foot long subway any time, any day-don’t worry. If you are sticking to around 1200 calories a day-that is really low. You are doing great
